Refund policy

Golden Porches is a seasonal design and installation service. Because we reserve limited installation capacity and source fresh, seasonal materials for each bookjing, the following cancellation policy applies.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start of your selected installation week. You may cancel for a full refund.

Cancellations made 3-6 days before the start of your selected installation week. You may cancel for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start of your seelected installation week. Orders are non-refundable.

Rescheduling- If you need to request a different installation week, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Weather-related changes- If severe weather or unsafe conditions require Golden Porches to move your installation date, we will contact you to arrange a new date, we will contact you to arrange a new date within, or as close as reasonable possible to, your selected installation week. Weather-related changes made by Golden Porches do not result in a cancellation fee.

Natural materials- Pumpkins, mums, cornstalks and hay bales are natural products and will vary in colour, shape, size and condition. Once installed, displays are exposed to weather, wildlife and other conditions. Refunds are not provided for normal natural variation, weathering, wildlife damage or deterioration after installation.

Installation Concerns- If there is an issue with your installation, please contact us within 24 hours of completion so we have an opportunity to review and address it.

Golden Return- Golden Return is an optional end-of-season cleanup service. If you need to change your selected pickup window, please contacct us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
