Terms of service
By placing an order with Golden Porches, you agree to the following terms.
Our Services
Golden Porches provides seasonal porch designs , delivery and installation services using pumpkins, plants and other natural seasonal materials. Package contents and optional finishing touches are described on our website.
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your installation. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars with taxes included.
Installation Scheduling
You will select a preferred installation week when booking. Golden Porches will contact you after booking to confirm your exact installation date within that selected week. Installation date within that selected week. Installation dates may occasionally be adjusted due to severe weather, unsafe condition or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Service Area
Golden Porches provides local delivery and installation within our designated Windsor-Essex service area. Addresses outside the available delivery area may not be eligible to complete checkout.
Property Access & Installation
Customers are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the entrance being decorate. Please let us know about gates, pets, parking restrictions or anything else that may affect installation. Please make sure display area is clear of anything not being incorporated into the display.
If you have planters, urns or lanterns you would like us to incorporate into your display, please let us know when you send your porch photo.
Golden Porches will only attach or place decor where we believe it can be done safely and without unnecessary risk of damage. Some surfaces, including certain brick and masonry may limit where cornstalk or other decor can be securely placed.
Natural & Seasonal Materials
Pumpkins, mums, cornstalks and other seasonal materials are natural products and will vary in colour, shape, size and appearance. Availability may also change throughout the the season.
Photos on our website and social media represent the overall style and scale of our work but do not guarantee an identical display. Every Golden Porch is individually styled using the best seasonal materials available at the time of installation.
Once installed, our outdoor displays are expose to wind, rain, temperature changes, wildlife and other seasonal conditions. Natural weathering, movement and deterioration may occur over time.
Golden Return
Golden Return is our optional end-of-season cleanup service. If purchased, we will return during your selected cleanup window to remove the seasonal Golden Porches materials included in the service. If you need to request a different cleanup window, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before booking.
Installation Concerns
If you have a concern with your completed installation, please contact us within 24 hours so we have an opportunity to review and address it.
Website & Content
The Golden Porches name, branding, photographs, website content and original designs may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
