Shipping policy

Golden Porches provides local delivery, design and installation within our designated Windsor- Essex service area. Delivery and installation are included in the price of your Golden Porch package.

Customers select a preferred installation week when booking. Golden Porches will contact you after booking to confirm your exact installation date within that selected week. 

Delivery addresses are verified at checkout. Orders outside our designated service area may not be eligible for local delivery or installation.

Installation dates ma occasionally need to be adjusted due to severe weather, unsafe condition or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.
